Endowment

Endowment

Gifts to the “Funding the Future” Endowment Campaign live in perpetuity for the benefit of St. Paul’s Episcopal School. The interest from these endowed funds is used to support a variety of projects, including facilities and academics. Endowed gifts are a wonderful way to support the school and ensure the stability of St. Paul’s for generations to come. We welcome your support and focus on the donor’s interest.

For more information on the “Funding the Future” Endowment Campaign, please contact Hillary Alread, Director of Development, or (504) 488-1319 x119.

Charlie Hemenway Memorial Fund

Charlie Hemenway served as the Head of School for St. Paul's Episcopal School from 1980 to 2004. Under his scrupulous watch and exacting standards, St. Paul’s Episcopal School became a school known for developing and nurturing the potential in everyone who walked through the halls; students and faculty alike. Charlie believed passionately in St. Paul’s and in each of the students, staff members and families who brought the halls and classrooms to life each day. It was his most fervent hope that by investing in the people around him, he would impact their futures well beyond his years as Head of School.

It was this desire that led Charlie to establish the Charlie Hemenway Memorial Fund, a special fund of the St. Paul’s Episcopal School Endowment that ensures long-term resources for his beloved school.

You can help honor Charlie’s wishes by giving to the endowment fund in his memory, carrying Charlie’s work forward as we develop learners and empower leaders for generations to come.
