Though the weather may be slow to cool down here in the South, there are plenty of indications that fall is upon us in New Orleans – including a sea of orange along Canal Boulevard in Lakeview. In its seventh year, the St. Paul’s Episcopal School pumpkin patch has become a seasonal tradition for hundreds of families who enjoy selecting the perfect pumpkins for carving and decorating together.
Open daily Oct. 7 through Oct. 31, the St. Paul’s Pumpkin Patch, 6249 Canal Blvd., offers a variety of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes, from 3 to 40 pounds. Visitors are invited to peruse the pumpkin selection and take pictures in the photo area. Admission is free.
